Warranty and Liability

If a product delivered to you is different than as described on the website, www.traveloginc.com is liable only to change the product. www.traveloginc.com is not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure The Products may be sourced from different parts of the world for providing to you. The Products may or may not have been placed in the market of your purchase by the proprietor of the trade mark and the product. Accordingly, Travelog® cannot nor can the Supplier warrant or guarantee the quality or any after-sale services or other such services. The Products, to the best knowledge, of Travelog® have been legitimately purchased and provided to you. Travelog® has not changed or impaired the condition of the Products and is providing the products in as-is condition as provided by the supplier.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and the password. If you have supplied us with your correct email ID then you will receive your order details via email. You solely own the rights of the account. While availing any of the payment method/s offered by www.traveloginc.com is not responsible or takes no liability of any kind in respect to any loss or damage arising directly orndirectly to you out of the decline due to:

2. Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s” and/or Service Provider/s, or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

By choosing to use Paid Offerings, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Offerings in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payments using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

Payment Method

The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.

All contests held by Travelog® on all social media channels. Travelog® will pick a winner from any of the social media platforms.

Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Offerings at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your membership. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Site or through the Offerings. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
